After writing an offer in bexio and gaining customer acceptance, the offer can be imported to Craftboxx via API. This includes the contact and position information. To initiate this process, we have an «Import Projects» button. In Craftboxx, you then only need to assign an employee, date, or other relevant details to the new project. When the project is finished, you can transfer back documented info like tracked time, positions, and contact details (if not already in bexio) with just one click of a button. Products and contacts are imported from bexio into Craftboxx on a daily basis.
