Card transactions must always be manually assigned to the desired category and the corresponding VAT rate, or several VAT rates, in amnis. After that, the transactions will automatically be posted to bexio.
However, the auto-accounting functionality offers the possibility of automatically posting transactions in bexio from the same dealer, with the category in question and the VAT rate.
There is no user limit, and you can add any number of card users to your account. There is only the limit of a maximum of 10 active cards per user.
At the moment, connection is not yet available. However, this expansion is already being planned and is expected to be available from mid-2025 – there are no additional costs.
During onboarding in amnis, an amnis bank account will automatically be created in your bexio.
Once the debit card has been used, the amnis bank account in amnis will automatically be debited as soon as the transaction receives the status "executed" in amnis.
Right in line with the principle: "No posting without proof", archiving should take place in bexio. This offers several advantages: you maintain an overview at all times and it simplifies work for your trustee and enables a clean audit through a secure audit trail.
So, if you want to attach a receipt to a transaction, simply upload it as a scan in amnis or directly in your bexio account. If you attach the scan in amnis, then, when amnis is synchronised to bexio, the document (if available) will also be automatically transmitted in addition to the transaction and will then be visible as an attachment in bexio's accounting.
